When I first started Yoga, I couldn’t touch my toes. I can’t do the splits. I would have laughed if you told me I would fall in love with headstands, and arm balances… I guess I was drawn to the challenge.
Teaching Vinyasa is more to me than just guiding you through a physical practice. It’s about building a community. A safe space where we celebrate freedom of movement and all the amazing things your body can do if you just believe!
My classes offer a playful and supportive environment to push yourself out of your comfort zone. I love creative sequencing and experimenting with new poses and arm balances - not because of the ego but because it’s empowering. You are probably stronger than you think - you just need someone to give you a little nudge!
I offer regular group classes to both experienced and beginner yogis, or contact me and I’m happy to discuss one to one sessions or private events.
